Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.

No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show).
Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office using our online ticketing platform.

Theatre and General Policies

Photography and recording is strictly prohibited during the performance, unless otherwise notated.

Electronic devices must be turned off or silenced during performances.

Patrons must follow the directions of law enforcement, security, and all venue staff, especially regarding emergency procedures.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside the theatre. Bottled water is allowed. Concessions may be purchased and enjoyed in the lobby.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Oaks Christian School). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
